Fix the 2FA-in-junk problem first
You said real verification codes keep landing in junk and you have to hunt for them. These three Gmail filters force codes and security mail from known senders (Google, Apple, GitHub, your banks, Indeed, QuickBooks, etc.) to never go to spam, mark them important, and tag them Codes & Security so they are one click away. Scammers impersonating these are NOT pulled out of spam, because the rule only protects the real sender domains.
How to import (one-time, per account)
Gmail → Settings (gear) → See all settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses
Scroll down → Import filters → choose the downloaded file
Open filters → Create filters (you can tick "apply to matching conversations" to also rescue existing ones)
Repeat for each of the 8 accounts. The same file works for all.
