The biggest senders still in your inboxes (4,483 unread, down 785 from baseline, on-pace for 6/30). Three lanes: Kill (gone), File (into the named folder, out of inbox but kept), or Keep (stays in inbox). Defaults are my recommendation, banks and reports go to folders, never killed. Flip any, then Copy decisions.
Counts are unread-in-inbox as of 2026-06-10. "File" routes a sender into a folder (Statements, Hotel Reports, Seller Ops, RE Deals, School, Community) so it leaves the inbox but stays browsable. I scope each rule to the exact sender and verify before creating filters.
